Our 30-Day Refund Process
Contact our customer support at support@hmnwatch.com within 30 days of receiving your watch to initiate the return. Package the watch securely in its original condition and ship the product to provided address.
Upon receiving and verifying the product, we'll initiate the refund process. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed.
Eligibility for Return

- The watch must remain in its original, unaltered condition.
- It should not exhibit any signs of damage, wear, or usage.
- Retain all tags and protective stickers in their original state.

Shipping Costs

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped, but once an order has a tracking number or is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
